Day 22 of the 'Elvis ADVENTure' competition

DSC_0607
Day 22 and Elvis is heading out in the garden - nature's garden! A fun day out foraging in the undergrowth for a little bit of green, he's demonstrating the wealth of edible wonders in the rural Welsh countryside - some might even make it onto his Christmas dinner!
Cwm Tawel offer a wild food foraging course that'll take you out into the woodland meadows and hills in search of food before returning for a hearty camp meal.
Did you spot the hidden Elvis song title? Click here to enter our competition and win one night's stay & afternoon tea at Coed-y-Mwstwr Hotel AND £100 of shopping vouchers at Bridgend Designer Outlet!

Get your boots on, it's Love2Walk Festival!

Looks like it's time to lace up those walking boots and get exploring - the Love2Walk Festival is making a triumphant return to Bridgend this half term!

The Love2Walk Festival is back for its 4th year this autumn, (Thursday 31st October - Sunday 2nd November) and promises to be the perfect solution for keeping the whole family entertained this half term.
Back are the firm favourites: Food Foraging in the Merthyr Mawr dunes, Meet the Dairy Cows and a Nature Walk at Parc Slip; but we're also introducing new walks which are sure to have the little ones enthralled...
Learn to make your own lantern before using it to light your way in a Lantern Parade in the Ogmore Valley, or join us in Evanstown for Stargazing whereby Techniquest will be bringing their mobile planetarium bringing the night sky to life and learn about our Solar System.
And if that's not enough to have you tempted, join Love2Walk for history and heritage, Only Dogs Allowed and a Ghost Walk!
