Migrant birds flock to Bryngarw Country Park


The rangers at Bryngarw Country Park in Brynmenyn, Bridgend have a programme of guided-walks that will allow you to explore the award-winning 113 acres of spectacular parkland whilst learning all about the fantastic wildlife on your doorstep.
This Easter weekend, come and join the rangers on a spring bird song guided walk on Sunday 24 April from 10.30am – 12pm and see how many birds you can identify. Meet the rangers at the visitor centre, free admission and a car park charge of £2.50.

Bryngarw Country Park recognised as one of the top 50 People’s Choice visitor attractions as part of the Heart and Soul of Wales campaign.
The park was not identified as one of the 50 Valley Essentials, but we still have the opportunity to get it recognised in the People’s Choice category, so please spread the word and encourage your friends, family and colleagues to vote!
The 113-acre Bryngarw Country Park offers something for everyone, whether they are nature lovers, families, walkers or cyclists. Visitors can enjoy wild woodlands, walking trails, unusual exotic trees, mossy wetlands teeming with life, wildflowers, a fast flowing river, family walks and a selection of events throughout the year.
