I play the drums in a band called Samba Galez   Also enjoy Nordic Walking and I am a member of the Bridgend Sausage and Mash Club.

Porthcawl International Jazz Festival


Porthcawl International Jazz Festival takes place this weekend with the major events all taking place in the Grand Pavilion's Main Hall.
On Saturday afternoon, from 2pm to 3pm bassist Michael Janisch and the New York Standards Quartet will perform, while on Sunday, from 7.30pm to 10pm, our very own The Cottle Brothers Generations and the Capital City Jazz Orchestra are on stage.
At other venues around the town, you can hear the Liberty Street Jazz Band, Mike Harries' Root Doctors, Graham Watkins Quartet and vocalists, Laura Collins and Zoe Gilby.
Next Wednesday evening, another one of the up and coming UK female jazz vocalists, LIz Fletcher and her Band, including saxophonist, Andy Panayi,can be heard at Swansea Jazzland's presentation in the St James Social Club, Uplands, from 8.30pm.
