Frankie and Benny's at Bridgend Designer Outlet

Frankie & Benny's

Frankie & Benny's

On Saturday, 8th October Frankie and Benny's opens it doors for the first time at McArthurGlen's Bridgend Designer Outlet with a fun day out for all the family.
Opened by Mayor of the Borough of Bridgend, Cllr Chris Michaelides, the American-style 1950s chain will lay out the red carpet from 10 am for its premiere at the centre. All afternoon and evening, stilt-walkers and fire-eaters will wow the crowd around the restaurant and entertain kids and adults alike. Everyone entering the restaurant will be snapped by paparazzi as they make their way along the red carpet and families can collect the pictures when they leave.  Once inside, between 5 and 8, a Michael Bublé lookalike will entertain diners as they eat with some of his classic rat-pack hits.
The 200-seat restaurant, which specialises in traditional Italian pizzas and pastas, along with a wide range of classic American dishes, will create 55 jobs and is the 11th opening for the chain in Wales, following branches in Cardiff and Nantgraw.
Frankie and Benny's is the second stand-alone restaurant at McArthurGlen Bridgend, joining Pizza Hut which opened in 2000.
McArthurGlen Bridgend is the largest designer outlet in Wales and situated just off the M4, within 30 minutes reach of Cardiff and Swansea.  Attracting in excess of 3.5 million visitors every year, McArthurGlen Bridgend is home to premium and high street brands such as French Connection, Karen Millen and Ted Baker at up to 60% less all year round.
